Hey there friend!  I’m so happy you’ve found your way to me.  Who am I and why am I writing a blog? My name is Cheryl.  I am a working mom of 3 beautiful, crazy kids: 2 girls and my baby boy.  By day I inspect restaurants and by night I wrangle and manage a busy household, just like I’m sure all of you do too.  My hubby has a growing soil science business designing drainfields for the people of Southern Virginia and of course is the CEO of our little family.

I’ve always loved reading and writing, telling stories and entertaining through personal experience.  I really didn’t know that blogging would be something that would interest me until I had been praying pretty hard one evening for God to show me my purpose and help direct me on the path he needed me to follow.  Then the word blog came to me and really never left. Using a blog to spread God’s word is a fantastic idea and today is day one!  Although it actually terrifies me to actually write about myself, to write and have no one read it, I’m jumping in.
